Lemony Light Punch 3 cups white grape juice, chilled 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice (bottled) 1 32-ounce bottle club soda or ginger ale, chilled Strawberries, plum, peach or orange slices or other fruit, to add to the punch, if desired In pitcher, combine grape juice, sugar, and lemon juice; stir until sugar dissolves. At serving time, add club soda and fruit in glass pitcher. Makes 7 cups, but recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. |
